Instrument Pickup Information:
- Some items can be picked up at The Soundbath Center, while others will be shipped. You’ll see which is available before you pay.
- When you order, an estimated arrival time will be provided, but it’s only an estimate. The actual time may vary.
Pickup Terms:
- You’ll be notified when your items arrive and informed about the public pickup time for the weekend.
- Public pickup times are usually on weekends: 8:30–10 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday, or 1:30–3 p.m. on Saturday. Only one window is typically available per weekend.
- If you plan to pick up your items, confirm your attendance. If you don’t show up, you may need to schedule a new pickup.
Rescheduling:
- If you can’t make the public pickup time, you can schedule a different time for a $45 fee.
- One reschedule is allowed with at least a 48-hour notice.
- Missing your scheduled pickup means you must come to a public pickup time window, pay another fee to reschedule or choose to have the items shipped, with shipping costs billed to you.
- No refunds are given for missed appointments.
