Your made-to-order gong is crafted specifically for you. Once payment is made, the order is final and cannot be changed or canceled. Please note the following terms:
- Full payment is required to place your order.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on made-to-order gongs (including Gongland, Alchemy, and Oetken gongs).
- Delivery typically takes 3-4 months, but times may vary, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Gongs can be shipped or picked up at The Soundbath Center.
- For pickup, bring a gong bag or protective cover, as gongs are not boxed. If you don’t order a gong bag, bring a blanket or wrapping for safe transport.
- Once the gong arrives, we will invoice you for shipping costs, which must be paid within 2 days.
- Shipping costs must be paid before we ship your gong.
- If your gong is held for more than 7 days after the scheduled pickup or shipping date (due to unpaid shipping invoice or missed pickup), a storage fee of $75 per week will apply. This fee must be paid before the gong is released.
