GSP™ ONLINE PARTICIPANT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
By registering for this course, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following:

All course content, including media, test questions, and answers, are the exclusive and confidential property of Ascending Sounds and are protected by Ascending Sounds’s intellectual property rights;

Participant will not disclose the test questions or answers or discuss any of the content of the test materials with any person without prior written approval from Ascending Sounds;

Participant will not record, copy, screenshot, or share any aspect of the course content, media, or test, including, without limitation, any notes;

Participant will not sell, license, distribute, give away, or obtain from any other source other than Ascending Sounds the contents of the course, course materials, or test questions or answers;

Participant agrees not to share their online course access with anyone, including login information and passwords.

Participant agrees that their obligations under this Agreement shall continue in effect after completion of the course and test and, if applicable, after the expiration of their certificate and certification, and

Participant agrees that if they violate any part of this Agreement, they are subject to legal action from Ascending Sounds in the state of California and county of Los Angeles. Any violation of this Agreement will result in loss of any credential obtained from Ascending Sounds or any of its subsidiaries and immediate unenrollment in any course they are currently enrolled in (without refund).
