Grace Period
Participants may cancel their enrollment in the GSP™ course and request a refund, less a non-refundable $250 registration fee and credit card processing fees, within five (5) calendar days from the date of payment, provided they have not logged into the Study Hub or accessed their SoundbathPlayer™ Account Dashboard. The grace period terminates immediately when a registrant accesses either their Study Hub or Account Dashboard, rendering the enrollment non-refundable thereafter.
To request a refund within this grace period, participants must submit a written request via email to questions@soundbathplayer.com within five (5) calendar days from the date of payment. Upon verification of eligibility, Beyond Percussion will process approved refund requests within ten (10) business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment. The refund amount will be the amount paid minus the $250 Registration Fee and all credit card fees related to the registration transaction.
