How to collect feedback for practice events?

Collecting Feedback from Attendees

Step 1: Create Your Event Feedback Link

A unique feedback link must be created for each event:

  1. Go to your Account Dashboard and click Assignments.

  2. Under Practice Events, click Plan Practice Event. This button will only appear after your Technique Practice assignments have been submitted.

  3. From there, enter your event details, including your event registration page link, event name, date, time, and venue. After submitting, an Event Feedback Form Link will be created for you to collect attendee feedback. You will also receive an email with the link and an Event Feedback Flyer. 

Step 2: Share the Link with Your Attendees

There are two ways to get your feedback link to attendees after your event:

  1. Direct feedback link: Share your unique event feedback link with participants via email or SMS after your event.

  2. Event Feedback Flyer (Recommended): Print your feedback flyer and bring it to your event. You can print multiple copies or smaller sizes to hand out to participants. Immediately after the event, ask participants to scan the QR code on the flyer to access your event feedback form.
