To collect feedback from participants attending your practice sound bath events, complete the following:
Before your event, go to your Account Dashboard and click Assignments.
Under Practice Events, click Plan Practice Event. This button appears only after you have submitted your Technique Practice assignments.
From there, you will create and download your Event Assessment Form and receive instructions for collecting attendee feedback.
